30 years experience of which 25 years with Citibank before UBA. He has worked in different areas like Branch Manager, financial controller, quality director, compliance head SBOO and SCOO in Africa (Gabon, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Nigeria and Benin). For UBA, Bachir successfully led the integration and transformation of two banks acquired in Benin and Burkina Faso.
