Sherazam Mazari - Managing Partner

Sherazam Mazari is an experienced banking executive who has successfully managed Wholesale, Commercial and Consumer Businesses across emerging markets. He joined Sabre Capital as Partner from Standard Chartered Bank, where he was Global Head of the USD 65Bn lending business, covering Credit Cards, Consumer Loans, Mortgages and Islamic Banking. He also had overall responsibility for the integration of consumer businesses acquired by SCB.

Other SCB roles included CEO for the Africa Region, Division Executive for Emerging Markets and Regional Consumer Bank Head for the Middle East and South Asia. Sherazam was also a member of the Bank’s Executive Committee. Prior to joining SCB, he held senior positions in Citibank in both Consumer and Wholesale.
